HOW TO GET YOUR SUMMER BODY NOW!

Summer has finally arrived! Time for the beach and the lakes, time to take off your shirt and cool down. The problem with many people is they're self conscious and not happy with their body. There is good news tho! Its NEVER to late to get into shape. Start off by doing some body weight exercises at home and as you progress you can either go to the gym or take up calisthenics or cross country.

MACRO'S FOR WEIGHT LOSS

It's not going to be easy but I promise it'll be worth it! And remember proper nutrition is a must. Before you turn your nose about the proper nutrition part look into the macros.

And to figure out how many calories you should be consuming while doing the macros you want to times your body weight by 10. (Example: If you Weigh 200lbs your going to want to consume about 2,000 calories A DAY) also whatever calories you burn off during a workout you must re consume those calories to build muscle where the fat is.
